The corporate citizenship branch of an organization wanted to better understand the barriers and facilitators to seeking cessation resources among diverse demographic groups.

Engagement

We conducted focus groups among heterogeneous audiences across the nation with adult tobacco consumers who have decided to quit to uncover specific needs these communities have when it comes to tobacco and nicotine cessation.

Results

Findings provided an essential foundation for the organization to develop a campaign in support of its mission to provide access to critical cessation resources.
